Scholarships are
offered only to students entering a field related to medicine,
specifically human health. If you
are not sure that your student's chosen field of study would qualify,
please contact Mrs. Mary Neal Miller by clicking

Each
application must include:

Competed application
form mailed by student. Print
application by clicking on link at the bottom of the page.
(New applicants – 4 pages; Renewals – 2 pages)

Three letters of
recommendation completed, signed and mailed by
recommender.
ð
SAT and/or ACT scores
and official school transcripts mailed by school counselor or
transcript office. Any scores or
transcripts received directly from the applicant will be disqualified.
Incomplete applications will not
be accepted.
